It's never too late to be healed! Have life and have it abundantly!
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to reach their goals and find fulfillment despite their life circumstances. My counseling approach is eclectic, combining my skills and abilities as a therapist with godly wisdom and knowledge.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. I am certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors and a member of the American Counseling Association. I am also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and graduated from their Christian training.
I am a Gottman-Trained Couples Therapist Level I and Level II. Recently I become an SYMBIS Assessment Certified Facilitator.
I am particularly interested in relationship counseling, premarital, and marriage counseling. I love working with women. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, abuse, cognitive behavioral therapy, and parenting aspects.
With my husband Valy Vaduva, I am the co-founder Upper Room Fellowship Ministry (URFM), and I am currently serving on the board of this ministry.
For more than twenty (20) years, I have been helping people cope with life’s challenges and relationship problems from a Christian perspective.
My primary purpose is to understand your needs and goals and help you find healthy ways to deal with your life’s difficulties. I am committed to helping you explore new strategies to turn today’s emotional and spiritual struggles into life-long victories.
I enjoy reading, walking in nature, as well as traveling to exotic places. My greatest joy is found in spending time with my family, four adult children, and nine grandchildren.
